Our Mission

At H3, our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for athletes to learn, grow, and excel. We strive to instill the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance in all our athletes, and to help them develop the skills they need to succeed both on and off the field.

Adrienne and Nick

Our family is originally from South Africa where sports are a huge part of your lifestyle. We believe in teaching the basics from a very young age and making the sport fun.

I (Adrienne) was a former D1 Collegiate field hockey player. Nick, my dad, grew up playing rugby. After immigrating to the US, Nick took up field hockey when I was in high school. He and I played competitively together on a COED Club Team for years.

I began playing field hockey in 6th grade. After being a competitive gymnast since the age of 6, I began to crave being a part of a team and transitioned into middle school field hockey. I went on to achieve state and school scoring records. I still holds the Mountain Lakes High School (NJ) scoring record of all time. (since the mid 1990's. I was also a leading scorer for the Mountain Lakes High School Lacrosse team. My passion and approach to coaching comes from my love for sports, and my my positive and negative experiences along the way. I take my job very seriously as I know how much difference a coach can make on an athlete's path in life!
